+ -1 moreUsed a company that uses him. Had to call several times to get this done at a house we are remodeling. The old well is still not filled. When they called for billing I asked if he did the work and they weren't positive. So weeks later we find that the well was not filled because the ground was to soft. Makes sense and thats fine. It was a one day job that still isn't completed months later. I even had emails to confirm everything I wanted done and it was still difficult to get everthing done and coordinated. The work done was not done poorly. Just could use a more professionalism.
Description of Work: Flush and clorinate well. Fill old well head.

+ -1 moreOver all went quite well, were times we thought would need to drill new well but the area is hard to find water in. They kept working when others would have quite or simple started drilling. They were upfront with me that a new well would probably not solve my problem and went to work to get it corrected.
Description of Work: I had purchased a foreclosed home which had a slow water flow. I contacted Water Worx to check the well out. Since I was not living in the home at the time Travis worked my job around his other jobs. He was on time and on site any time I needed to see him. My well ended up being a rather difficult fix which required much more then either of us expected, but Travis 20 some years of experience and knowledge proved to be a great asset. The well is now operation like new! I would highly recommend him to any one needing well service or work done. Work done: Replaced all drop pipe Pulled and tested pump Replaced all wiring to pump Installed flow restricter Acided out well screen
