+ -1 moreBecause this wasn't a one time service, this question doesn't apply. I have been using Vertex for about 3-4 years and my experience from the first day to now has been outstanding. It's really nice to have a go to person if you have a computer program and Jeff is always very responsive.
Description of Work: I have an annual maintenance contract with Vertex which is a monthly fee of $20 per computer. Jeff does quarterly visits to update and service my computer and is available on an on call basis for other computer needs at a discounted rate (if you have a contract). Very honest; reliable and effective!
