The roofing crew was efficient and timely and cleaned up after themselves.

Would Hire them again, prompt , and with weather did very good job.

They showed up exactly when they said they would. Did a great job and cleaned up so good we would not have know they were there except for the new roof. Will be using them again this summer.

I am new to Battle Creek, MI. I had moved into my home in Nov. '17 and the roof was leaking into the kitchen in Jan. '18. The ice and snow melting allowed he water to get in. I called Turnkey Builders and they sent someone the next day to put a tarp on the roof where the suspected leak was. The roofer stated that there were 4-layers of shingles, which is out of code. A couple of days later, their salesman (Justine), came over and explained how roofing had changed. Now a days they use of water / ice barriers were used in valleys and along the edge and the need for attic ventilation. Within a week and some good weather, the roofers had showed up to begin the rebuilding. Some of the plywood needed to be replaced, moisture barriers were laid down and the new shingles were started. The whole job was completed in two days. The roofers had worked for Turnkey Builders for a number of years. They were very experienced, they worked fast and efficiently. They took the time to cover my bushes and protect the areas around the windows. All of the old shingles and debris was loaded into a dumpster the was dropped off the day before. They cleaned as best as they could, but you will not be able to pick up 100% of the nails or very small pieces of debris. After the roof, I hired Turnkey to do some drywall and painting in the garage. The whole experience was 5-stars. The owner, salesman and roofers were all top notch.

They were quick to respond to my call. They did the work well--good quality, completed quickly. I'm very satisfied with what they did--they did what they said they would do.

During the project, Turnkey identified some significant structural damage which they were able to correct. They proved to be a much better choice than just a company who focuses solely on siding as this repair was very challenging. Throughout the project, they were very professional and provided detailed pictures and explanations of how they were handling the repairs.

Turnkey identified structural damage in which they were able to correct without interruption to the overall project and at a very reasonable price. It was a huge advantage going with them as a total contractor as opposed to a company who only does roofs.

Work was accomplished efficiently and thoroughly, and that work included roof repair, mold removal and interior painting.

Excellent. I was in a time crunch and he managed to work me into his schedule the same week. It took some unusual hours but he and his crew completed the job in the time frame and by the date we agreed to. A vent cover was broken by the power washer - it was replaced quickly at no additional charge to me. I received a detailed estimate and in my discussion with the owner, he included plenty of info so I understood the problems with my siding, how it happened, how they would repair it and how to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely being hiring them this spring for additional work.

It was great. They showed up when they said they would. I was home the whole time, they were so professional I didn't even know they where there. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there other than the new paint, everything was cleaned up so nicely!

We believe we have found a long term contractor as we know them to be truthful, professional in appearance and mannerisms, highly skilled. There prices are a bit high, but for us we believe are money is better spent with Turnkey as we receive a full package experience with them.

It went wonderfully. Even when issues arose they were handled in a courteous and professional manner. The project was a great success and I would recommend them to anyone.
