Description of Work: Technician “Lee” came for the annual generator maintenance service, and discovered that the fuel regulator was rusted through and leaking gas. He recommended that he shut off the generator until the regulator could be replaced, in case of a fire. He said he would try to get the regulator ordered and replaced ASAP but probably a week. 3 days later “Lee” called to tell me he had the regulator and was going to come out this morning to get the generator working because we have a bad snow/ice storm forecast for tonight/tomorrow and that he didn’t want us without power if there would be a power outage! Now THAT’S excellent customer service!!!

We offer pickup and delivery service for all equipment, summer and winter storage, and are equipped to provide routine maintenance services on-site for most lawn equipment.
Due to high volume and a desire to provide a high level of service to our customers, we are unable to accept repair requests for equipment that we do not sell during our peak season which is the months of April, May, and June. We are also unable to offer snowplow repair for brands other than Western due to a lack of availability of parts and a desire to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
