Excellent, technician did a fantastic job, even got the black marks off the carpeted stairs. And spent extra time cleaning portions of the carpet that were used by pets with no extra charge. I did not think these areas would look so good.

I had this company at my house for the past couple of weeks cleaning up a smoke/soot incident. They were all so professional, personable, and dedicated to pleasing us. I thank Clayton, Matt, Bonnie, Terri, Balal, and Kevin. If I forgot anyone, I truly apologize. Every single worker who came into my home was an exceptional representative of this company! I would hire them again in an instant for any future issues in my home!!

Went well, though they left everything diassembeld so we had to pay someone to reattach carpet and tack strips.

I can't say enough about the team at ServiceMaster. They were prompt and professional following a rainstorm that caused wet basements for many people in the area. They try to keep costs reasonable for homeowners, which is extremely helpful when insurance is not footing the bill. Thank you ServiceMaster for being such a great company!

They did a great job. They were thorough yet efficient, and the results were more than satisfactory. The high traffic areas in particular look like new. The staff person was friendly and professional and did not cut any corners.

I couldn't be happier. It was such a stressful situation and every person we spoke with or came to the house from ServiceMaster had a calming presence, spoke in terms we could easily understand and walked us through everything that they were suggesting be done and why. Ron inspected, did test cleaning, and determined it was a water stain, not mold. The service was top-notch. I was fully expecting to pay a fee, but the service was free of charged and saved me quite a bit of money.

We had water coming down the walls in our basement, through a window. As an insurance agent who was familiar with both the high quality reputation and knowledge of how they treated people, I called the best company I could imagine. Ron (the head of Business Operations) showed up and walked my wife through everything, then called me to review my options. She said, and quot;He is such a sweet guy, I love him.and quot; I was excited to hear that we could get things done without having to file an insurance claim. A year or so later, I considered changing careers. After 9 years in the insurance industry, I asked my wife what she thought about me working for Tom Little at ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo? She said and quot;Is that the company where that sweet man, Ron works?and quot; I told her yes. Needless to say, I started working with the team at ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo in July 2012. I live in a town with a restoration company, I drive 30 miles a day to be with THE BEST RESTORATION COMPANY with the best people!

Great! Servicemaster is living up to their name and keeping up their level of service for two years in a row for us. This is the 2nd year I got Servicemaster to do our annual carpet cleaning . Last year's technician was very good. Tho I asked and he was not available this year , the young man who came was equally as good, courteous , and efficient.. When he was done he had paid attention to areas of soil I had marked with masking tape ie: the edges of carpet where the metal edging had discolored the carpet with tarnish, the pathways matted from foot traffic , etc. The carpet was not overly saturated with soap or water ( which was a horror story when I first got the carpet cleaned 10 years ago by another vendor who I will never call again.) I always mention to the tech about this in case we get inexperience. However SM has come thru with great guys both times I have hired them. When he got done our carpet pile was again and quot;fluffy and quot; and looked new as possible after 13 years since installation. !! We had moved dining room chairs and porch furniture out on to linoleum and outside patio.(No Rain day I always check weather forecasts and schedule in summer to enable this.) I pointed out heavy furniture not necessary to be moved . We do this more for Precautions /assurance that our good furniture and upholstery is not scratched or soiled and optimum time of their visit is spent on cleaning the carpet. I always schedule our cleaning the first one in the morning of the day they are coming. Let's face it: Moving furniture is exhausting no matter how young you are. I'm sure they appreciate our doing so also. As far as the price, I checked several other vendors and they could not come close to this price which was the same as they charged last year. In contracting with them buy phone I simply said I would like to have the same job I had done last year and the secretary said they could do that and quot;with a coupon that was available in their advertising. I think it is always good toa ask if there is a special promotion--Who knows ! they may just knock off $10 or more if you tell them you noted a competitor (give them the name) has a special going on. When the tech questioned about the walk in closet which I had not mentioned on scheduling, he called the office and she told him to go ahead and do that for the price. There was no hassle. Servicemaster is continuing their quality and value and I will call them again next year .

Our experience with them was very good. We liked them pretty well, and we were satisfied. I thought their price was good.

I like that I always get the same technician who comes to clean. He was reliable and I was pleased with his work. I will continue to hire Service Master.

ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo My insurance company referred them. They did everything. Clean up and extraction of the water. They took everything out of the house and even took the clothes to a cleaner. Took the damaged furniture to a furniture place to be repaired. Got the rest of the contents in the house all packed and sent to a storage facility. Helped me to through and take pictures and document all damaged items. They were absolutely fantastic ! They all worked as a team, when one job was finished they went right to another. No one was ever standing around. It was truly a team effort, I have never seen so many people work so hard. Very Professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
