 + -1 moreIt was smooth. Removed old carpeting from both areas, installed main floor the first day and then returned for lower level next day. They saw the stair wall needed touchup and allowed us to paint before they laid the carpeting on the stairs

 + 0 moreSackett's was helpful both in the choosing of appropriate carpet and floor covering. Within days they had taken delivery (much faster than promised by others) from the warehouse. The painter requested they split the installation dates and they were very accommodative. They also corrected an installation problem once it was brought to their attention. Very satisfactory experience.
Description of Work: We purchased carpet and flooring for the dining room. Both were installed by Sackett's.

 + 1 morePrice I think "A" because we looked around and they were within the range of everybody else. It was funny because when I almost went in there I was expecting to have like a hard sale you know trying to sell me past line. When I told them what was needed they were really quick to accommodate and it was smooth. They told me they were going to be here with it. It took me a day to order it. It came when they said it was going to come not like two weeks or three weeks off.
Description of Work: They removed the carpeting and put down new. I bought the tiles from them too but they did not install tiles.
