Description of Work: A sliding door in a 20-year old condo had no screen so we contacted Rick to fit a screen and a new closure which was broken. Rick was perfect for the job since he used to represent the company from whom the original door unit came. The installation took a long time because of an error at the company in the order hence considerable delay in the arrival of the necessary parts. Rick handled the drawn-out process gracefully.

+ 0 moreGave us an estimate of $300.00 but once the work was done charged us $250.00 saying it didn't take as long as he though it would. Work was excellent and both of us liked him. He is not punctual. Arrived about 1/2 hour late and is difficult to contact to make arrangements with BUT, he is honest and worth the wait.
