REYNOLDS PLUMBING SERVICE

First off, I did this through my home warranty company so I was less than thrilled about the thought of not being able to pick my plumber. However I was pleasantly surprised. His personality was a little rough around the edges, but he knew exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond what he needed to do (installed an access panel to make future access to the pump easier instead of just cutting a hole in the wall and putting a plate over the top of it like the warranty company would have liked him to)

His price was really good and he was here for four and a half hours. He is the only plumber we have used in this house.

Since this was a warranty claim he had to come out over two visits. The first visit he came out and verified the pump was going bad, took the information on the make and model, and called the warranty service. He later found out the current model I had was discontinued and he had to find a new replacement part. Once he found the part he came out and installed it. Installing it required a hole to be cut in the bedroom wall to access the pump, while doing so he installed an access panel for future access. Once the work was complete the plumber cleaned up after himself and left the house the way he found it.

They have been in business in this area for a long time. I am not sure about the money I paid for their last visit and it was a service call. There was nothing special that was done and there were no walls that were taken out. It was repair work on existing drains, shower heads and all that kind of stuff. The plumber was able to open the faucet in the kitchen sink and cleaned it. He made the water flow again without changing anything. It has been the same guy who has come out and he has been in our house many times. He knows our house. The price for the last job was under $300 for the whole thing. I would recommend Reynolds to others. I would also recommend the guy that I worked with, but I don?t know if he is still there anymore. He is probably the only one who has been here and I will ask if he is available. I would certainly consider any other plumbers that are working for that company because of their reputation. Their prices are very fair and competitive. Their quality is very good. They use branded products when it comes to the faucets and things like that. You can recognize the names of the products that they would use to replace things with. They are very responsive. It?s very easy to reach them and it?s very easy to schedule an appointment with them. Their punctuality is always good. Their professionalism is very good. They do a clean job and take care of the work. They are number one on my list and that?s who I would call.

They were very good and very professional. I got them through my home protection service agreement that I got lately. They were very prompt and really nice in coming out to give the estimate for the bathroom work. I didn?t go with them because their recommendations were very expensive. However, I would use them again if I can afford to do what they recommend.

Reynolds has been my plumber for over 15 years. They are very professional, reputable and honest. I called Fritz Sunday and left a message. He called first thing Monday morning and got here the same day and when he said he would. The drain was cleaned out and metal trap was replaced. Reynolds is the only plumber I will ever use.
