+ -1 moreHorrible wait time for forced sign up. Been on hold 36 mins and still climbing. Same "fact" repeats every 30 secs and the music loop is awful. Waste Management at least picked up the phone in a timely fashion. They took our dumpsters early due to the city's termination of contract but can't reach anyone at Republic to get new dumpsters and the new contract is set to begin April 1st. What am I to do with three weeks of garbage for six people? Both these companies are horrid. Waste Management still can't tell me what the slime was smeared all over our dumpster handles.

+ -1 moreSo far not well. Nothing is really fixed. I have a bunch of refuse now piling up due to the holiday (4th July) and nobody can fix it. Considering the three previous fails I'm not at all optimistic.
Description of Work: It is what they didn't do!!! At the beginning of this year I dropped my old long term service because of contineous rising rates and fuel surchages that they instituted a log time ago. The conterct for two services was messed up from the beginning sending one bill to the wrong address eight doors down the street from my service. The first three mo's were prepaid. When I got my next bill I saw the error and called them. They assured that everything was straightened out. They then stopped pickup at the other address because they said there was no payment. Another phone call found that the billing was still not right and the second address was where the bill was sent. There was no courtsey call or email. I do not get the mail sent to the other address. They said that they would take care of it and make it right. They did send a courtesy pickup for the second address. Today ( 07/05/2013) the driver picked up the second address, all my neighbors and left mine. Another phone call today reveals that now they have me scheduled for a Tuesday pickup which makes no sense at all since the whole neighborhood gets picked up the same day on Thursday. This time the rep couldn't even explain what went wrong let alone try to fix it.
