OVERHEAD DOOR

The guys came, put the opener on and it's been working great. And the price was right. Barely knew they were there.

I'll keep this short. Excellent service! I called Overhead because the home (about 10 years old) was originally equipped/installed by Overhead. One of the two torsion springs for our 18' door broke over the weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. The person I worked with on the phone (sorry don't recall her name) was very helpful and friendly and worked to get someone out as soon as possible. Even though I wasn't expecting someone for a few days they were able to get me handled that afternoon. Bret (service provider) was nothing short of excellent. Quick, efficient, friendly. After explaining everything and replacing both springs and a handful of other parts at my request he took the time to adjust and inspect everything. One of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you.

Kevin was here by 9 am, we talked, he did the job, cleaned up and took the old closer to dispose of. He was very nice, told me about the controlls and if I had any problems or questions to call. The closer is very quiet and I like the lights that come on. I am very happy with the job. Thank you Kevin.

The company called at 8 am to let us know what time to expect the technician. He arrived punctually. He checked out our door and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. After the service was complete, he went over it with me and suggested a better lubricant for the cold weather. This company installed our garage door when our house was first built and we have used them several times over the past 16 years. We have always had excellent service.

Our garage door was unusable due to a broken spring and it was a holiday weekend, so I was afraid it would be costly to get the door serviced, but I was wrong! We called Overhead Door and they sent two men out within a couple hours to patch the coil for no charge until the regular residential service would resume the following week. The patch job worked great, and we had our actual repair service call the following Tuesday. Our serviceman (Bret) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and discovered that he didn't need to replace as many parts as was originally expected, so we saved some money too. Not only did he replace the broken parts, but he serviced the garage door with lubrication, etc. The door works and sounds great! I am so happy I called Overhead Door, and would recommend them to anyone needing quality garage door work.

I like that they are prompt and they get right to the problem and fix it. They have also helped us with the doors on our barn in the past. They are reasonably priced.
