 + -1 moreKim is very professional and punctual. She cleaned as much or as little as I wanted or needed. Kim also gave me reasonable estimates for the work. If there was any detail that I was not satisfied with, she was willing to go over it!!! I have the opportunity to own and manage a large number of properties and I have called on Kim a number of times in the last couple of years. I was extremely pleased with her work and with the opportunity to work with her. The rate of $100 is for a general cleaning and since these were clean-outs, the cost was up to about $250. or $300., depending on size of home. I will continue to call on Kim for my income property cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaning of vacant homes for homeowner clients and cleaning after tenants moved out. Also, cleaned relative's house before selling.

My realtor compliments me everytime she comes through. And she does it all with a smile. I am truly grateful to her.
