Description of Work: After decades of using them, and they were always very responsive by the way, I do not know if this was a new clerk, but the first thing she said was to tell me she would probably not be able to have anyone out before NEXT WEEK! She was not concerned that our tank had flowed over at all? I told her to look up our account and check how long we had been customers and how much we had spent over the years, and in my opinion as a business owner myself for almost 40 years now, good customer service would assume to at least tell me to let her check and see if there were any possibilities they could get out , even if it was a day or two later? I told her we were in a very convenient location, but when she continued to be so adamant, I was shocked! I was also upset, certainly like I was blown off as if no matter what I said, nothing was going to help at all!?? I told her to have her owner/ manager call me back, I gave her my phone number, and NEVer heard back from anyone, and thankfully we now have a new company and owner who answered early the next morning, and promised they would be out the same day, and everything was perfect with them! Thank you Angie's List and you were a life saver! I do feel bad if the owner was not told about this experience, plus this lady accused ME of being rude, and I began being very pleasant until I saw she was not concerned at all! As a long time loyal customer of theirs, at least 15 or more years having our tank pumped much sooner than every 3 years after having them place 4 new dry wells almost 20 years ago, my wife and I felt very taken advantage of, and I hope the present owner is aware of how I was treated, but if they were, I am positive they heard this " "person's view" of the way I was treated, so I cannot say of the present owner would care or not? This is why I will always wonder if this was atypical or not, and if they were given a chance to return my call, however, they know who they hired, and should watch over how their business is projected to the public, and especially a very long time customer who has always paid immediately for their services and have been always grateful? This is too bad as I see they were rated highly, so it could be a new hire and I know this has occurred many times in my business without my knowing until it was too late and I had lost many customers!
