Description of Work: Joel and his crew cleaned and inspected our chimney. We'd never had it done in the house's 15 years, and he acknowledged that it was "pretty dirty." He advises having it done whenever the number of fires in the fireplace has averaged two per week over the course of a winter (so what's that--30 to 40 fires?). To my surprise, there was no mess whatever inside the house, and any mess there may have been outside had been cleaned up by the time I checked. Joel himself was exceptionally pleasant and friendly.
