very quick and smooth

Chris was very punctual and spent almost two hours cleaning out my very dirty and clogged gutters. He was professional and thorough and I would definitely hire him again.

He also as very prompt, professional, and personable. In addition to the cleaning the advised me of my options for the areas that were overflowing - one area needed rehung and was likely hung incorrectly and the other area he was able to correct by cleaning, removing the blockage/debris.

Chris was wonderful, did a great and thorough job. He is a keeper.

Chris is very responsive and earnest. He does a great job setting expectations on potential cost depending on size of home, gutter guards etc. I never met him in person, but felt very comfortable hiring him on the phone. Will gladly use again, and highly recommend.

Chris did a great job cleaning my gutters. He arrived on time, got right to work and thoroughly cleaned my gutters. He was able to reach gutters that were 3 stories high and hadn't been cleaned for at least 8 years. He did a fantastic job and for a reasonable price. I would definitely call him again and would highly recommend his services!

Fast and efficient

Went well. Service was on time and work was spot on. All gutters and downspouts were cleaned quickly and effectively. Work done was great. Only draw back is if you have the gutters feeding to underground drainage, they don't to that part. No biggie. But would be something for them to consider going forward. Would have paid an extra $10/20 to have those cleaned out too. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

It went great, Chris was easy to get hold of and gave me an estimate over the phone. He showed up when he said he would. He's insured, has all the proper equipment and had several ways of disposing of the debris. He was polite and professional. If we need cleaning again I would definitely call him.

Chris returned my call immediately, offered to come by that same day to provide a quote. He provided the quote (excellent price), and returned the next day to complete the work. He is the most responsive service provider I have ever hired. He arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job, and left no mess at all behind. I would definitely use McCollum Services again.

It went great. Gave me a quote range over the phone $159-$189. Chris showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He completed the job in a timely and very clean manner. He also made some recommendations for future maintenance that may be required. I am very, very happy with the work and will have him back every year to clean my gutters.

Used the yellow pages to locate gutter cleaning services. Most wanted to sell new gutters. One didn't call back. He returned my call, did a good job. Cleaned up after. Price was reasonable. He says that he prefers smaller jobs inside or outside the home.
