Lysters did an outstanding repair for dry rot that turned out to be much worse than expected. Big shout out to Mike and Hunter who were awesome and did amazing work. Well done!

My experience with Lyster was awful! I called them for an estimate for a new roof after a recent hail storm, and, the receptionist said that they were very busy (she claimed they'd received 400 phone calls). She said it would be a few days before anyone got back to me. After a week of waiting, I followed up, and, the same woman said she would have someone follow up. A day later I received a call from a representative (Donte) and we scheduled an appointment. Donte promptly arrived, but made no effort to announce he'd arrived for our appointment. I heard him get up on a section of our roof and then he was back down and leaving within minutes. My wife and I went to the front yard and hailed him, and, when he pulled back in, he informed us that he saw no hail damage. I asked him for an estimate SIX TIMES so that we could talk with our insurance company, and determine our options for purchasing a new roof. Each time, he cited that an insurance company would likely not find damage suitable for coverage, and, I explained that we still would like the estimate to assess paying for it ourselves. I finally lost my temper after this sixth attempt and used an expletive while conveying my frustration with him. At which time he left. I understand that the insurance company may, or, may not cover some or all of the replacement value. What I don't understand is why anyone would waste their time, and ours, coming out and then, not bothering to communicate with us, measure up the roof, offer an estimate in an effort to earn our business? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING!

They were great. They took care of everything from recommending work to be done and getting the permit to clean up. They matched current shingles and the roof looks great. They were very nice to work with.

Excellent. Meticulous avoidance of damage to nearby parts of the grounds and pickup of removed old materials. Magnetic sweepers assured that no old roofing nails were left on the ground or in parking and walking areas. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster.

I called Lyster for a roofing estimate. An appointment was made but the employee never showed up/called. When I called the office, the kind office manager had the employee call me. He found a way to blame me for the no-show (saying that he assumed I'd be late so he was going to be late too). He said he'd come by later to do an estimate and that he would send it to me that week. He never came by and I never saw the estimate. Very poor customer service. You shouldn't have to work this hard to get someone's business.

Great. The new one was in place and functioning just in time for some major rain.

Very well. Sales repwas punctual, informative, enthusiastic, knew his product well. Could always reach him by phone. Workers were quick, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Roof looks amazing. Would definitely hire again.

They were quick to respond, Explained all of my options. Did not pressure me to do or sign anything.

From the time we called Lyster to the time they finished our roof, everyone we dealt with was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Most importantly, the roof came out great. I highly recommend these guys!

They did a great job! Once the work started they got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Our sales representative Lee was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

Job was completed sooner than estimated. Everything was cleaned up. There were some finishing issues I was not happy with. Emailed pictures to Scott, within days all was complete to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire again.

Excellent communications from the project manager Cy. They were able to compete the job earlier than scheduled, the crew was professional and the work was excellent. I would definitely hire again.

They were out within 24 hours, patched the hole and came back when they said they would to repair.

Lyster came to our house to give us a quote. The employee did not show up on the original date but rather called the next day to apologize. We set up another time for them to see the house for a quote. This time they showed up a few minutes late but nothing alarming. The employee looked around, took some notes, and said that he would call with the quote after conferring with another employee; he said it should take about a week to assemble the quote. It has been four weeks and no contact from Lyster. If they cannot produce a quote within their stated time frame, I cannot believe they will respect the timeline of a job. Maybe they do great work, but I am not going to hire someone that cannot respect a timeline or even give me a courtesy call to explain why they have not produced a quote.

Great. On time and if I had a question got it answered immediately.

Crew that arrived and performed service was very polite. Did the job quickly and were on their way.

I could not ask for better. We had three estimates, Luke was the only one that submitted a very detailed itemized proposal with diagrams. (the main reason we selected Lyster) The men working were respectful, courteous, and always professional. The weather wasn't very nice during the three day job did not hear one complaint from them. Each evening things were picked up. They left no mess... They left one amazing deck. Will diffently use them again

Very well. They were on time and courteous to us and pets. Explained what their game plan was, and asked us questions.

There was so much going on there. It was pretty straight forward. We discussed the problems. They identified the problems. I chose the roofing. I didn't care much for the roofing the proposed to use. I looked at the samples and chose my own. They did good work. I am trying to sell the house so at this point I am trying to get rid of it as soon as I can. They actually did it in maybe 2 day periods maybe twice. Maybe spread out over 2 weeks. I don't occupy that house so I wasn't there when they did the work.

They have a great crew and they get the job done. They go above and beyond.

They did a great job. There were 5 people involved in the entire job. Most of the time there were 3 folks here but then there were two folks that came and went at different times. It took about 10 days. (Cleaning after they left) Excellent.

Mark was great to work with. He explained exactly what they proposed to do and the justification for the work they were going to do. He scheduled appointments around my work schedule. His crews were great to work with. Mark also kept in touch during the project to ask questions and keep me updated on the project.

Project went well. They worked around our vacation schedule. Worked diligently on the project through its completion.
