Perfect, what else can I say. They put it in years ago and kept it running ever since.

After a power outage during a high water table rain- the generator shut off as it was supposed to, but the house only had partial power.....and the sump pumps were NOT on that list. I called Kerwin right away (see why in the next paragraph)- and explained my panic. Chad answered the phone, said he'd be en route. Wow! He was quick to identify that it was likely bugs in the generator switch box!!!!! STINK BUGS had been squished BETWEEN the plates, resulting in only partial contact when the power was restored and the paddles snapped off! Very professional, prompt and what a great guy! I asked for several business cards, and swear my loyalty to his company! Very reasonable cost! The sump pumps started roaring, the world was a better place because of Chad Kerwin! Also Generac certified and very knowledgeable about the generator. In Aug 2017, we encountered an electrical "glitch". Called several electricians for what I thought was an emergency necessary call. While everyone called me back, everyone was too busy. Chad Kerwin of this company took the time to walk me through what he thought it would be- resulting in me being able to call him back and cancel the possible need for him to come out-because of his very efficient trouble shooting. I appreciated his response- so I sent him a thank you with a few bucks. I told him I'd call if I ever needed an electrician in the future- and the first paragraph above explains why I am delighted I kept my word!

A big shoutout to Kerwin Electric. I had three interesting electrical challenges at my home and they fixed them all. They called one of their generator experts while on sight to find the best solution for my generator issue. They also explored and discussed with me the best way to fix my other issues. On time, friendly and cost-effective.

It’s my first time to use them. They are a long time family owned business that provides good service.

It took several scheduled appointments for owner to come out to house for initial estimate. We were happy with the quoted price and the fact that we could do the job in stages(we are doing a whole house update). Once the work was started, the worker did not always show up or call when he was expected. Work was finally completed. . When we were ready to continue on, we located a new electrician who found that the first company had not done all the work they said they had or that it had not been done correctly. I could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
