+ -1 moreI have a one year contract where they come out every 6 months to do the gas furnace and November, December to check the air conditioning. They are also on call for any type of repairs needed. It's about $150. It's fine. They do a good job. They are very clean. They haven't knock my socks off, but they were good.
Description of Work: I have worked with JP Heating & Air Conditioning. They did a couple of different things. The annual servicing and heating, air conditioning and mainly servicing the gas furnace.

Our air conditioner went out last year when we were having 106 degree weather, we called him, and he came in that day, so we were very happy with him. It was a quick inexpensive fix with us, and he went through the house with my husband, and we talked about how we could improve the heating and cooling in our house.
