Jc pool and spa

Jake came out on 6/20/24 after contacting me through the app and text. The first number he contacted me through was 1-307-312-9726 which I believe was a number provided through Angi/home advisor and not their actual number. On the Angi website, his number was listed as 269-391-0951 but he also gave me his cell phone which is 269-264-2032. He said my heater needed a new motherboard and that he would get one from a partner. He asked for payment, I gave it to him in cash, got a receipt which I have sent to customersolutions@angi.com. After Jake diagnosed the problem, took my money and promised to return in 3 days, I tried contacting him when he didn't show up and the phone appeared to not be working. I contacted Angi and talked with Jose and we started a complaint, but then a few days later, I was able to get in contact with Jake again and he assured me that he was coming back and that the part was just taking longer to get. He never returned, nor did he return any of my numerous phone calls or text messages on any platform. I am not rating my experience below as one is poor and 5 is excellent. You need to put that on here because I don't know if 1 or 5 is supposed to be the good rating.
