The tech sent to our house lacked motivation. Was not willing to help find entrance points for mice (which we were told before signing the contract that they do help with this) and didn't check/refill bait traps which was also supposed to be part of the deal. Definitely not worth the very high price. Ended up calling another company to get rid of the mice.

Great. They worker that comes to my home is always very respectful and remember previous services at my home. They definitely go above and beyond.

It was good. They did a good job and they were punctual. I haven't had any problem since.

Quick response and very effective.

I called Griffin about a nest of very aggressive hornets that was about 6 feet from my son's swing set. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very nice, but I could not get an estimate or an appointment to take care of the nest. Even though I could tell her exactly what I needed and where the hornets were, the only thing they would initially do was come to my home and and quot;evaluate my needand quot; and then set up another appointment to take care of it. Given that the initial appointment would have been 3-4 days out this process could have easily taken a full week. She also, asked me whether I needed a termite inspection. I know she was only doing what the company expects of her, but that was not why I called. I understand that these large companies have to sell higher priced services ( like Termite control) to stay in business, but if they can't be responsive to the immediate needs and lower priced service also, they are not the company for me.

They were prompt and professional. They did a good job. They cleaned up well and didn't leave a mess. When they were gone, they were gone. The guy was in a beat up truck and he was dressed kind of shabby but he did a good job. He looked kind of gruff but he did a good job. I didn't shop around too much but the price was good. I had a friend that work for them a long time ago. They were great and I didn't have any problem with them.

They came back at no charge when you called and said there were more wasps.

THEY DID AN ALRIGHT OVERALL JOB. THEY RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS. I DID HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF A PROBLEM, BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIREDID. THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE STEEP.
