Description of Work: Requested an estimate for bush and overgrowth removal from north side of house and fence row on July 30, 2015; was told to expect a followup on 8/3. As of 8/5 no response was received, another call was placed to their office. Finally heard back on 8/7 with a low priced bid (75% lower than the nearest competitor). When asked to clarify that the estimate included bush removal they were unsure and assumed it was weeds only (the word "weeds" never came up in our original conversation) and had to check with their field rep. After two more back-and-forth calls, both requiring a follow up with the rep, I was told another field visit would be necessary. We schedule the second visit for 2 p.m. on 8/8. The rep no called/no showed and as of today, 8/10, no apology or followup has been made.

Description of Work: They are contracted for lawn care, fall clean-up, and snow plowing. They are very dependable and are punctual. They always answer calls or quickly respond to voice mail.

Description of Work: Dixon Lawn Care has been my lawn care people for probably ten years. I used them for snow removal in March.

Description of Work: I use them for lawn care, mowing and trimming. They also do fall clean-up of the leaves and everything when it's fall.

Description of Work: We called this provider based on the recommendation of a family member. Requested complete clean up of our landscaping; clean out all leaves etc. from winter, trim all shrubs, bushes and large plants, cover landscaping with Preen, cover all with fresh wood chips. They completed the quote in a timely fashion; started work the following Monday. Job was completed in 4 days with 2-5 workers involved daily. With the large area of our landscaping, workers were required to put in long hours each day. Completed project was absolutely beautiful. Outstanding job!!
