Hard working, friendly, quick response times, punctual and very polite! Just the best experience in hiring an unknown company! I live in a condo community and several others want to hire this company after hearing about my experience. Almost impossible to find quality service today, but not with Richard at Diverse Property Maintenance; he is absolutely Fantastic!!!!

He gave me a rebate for being a veteran, showed up,, early, finished early, clesned up the area and found a way to makepaying the bill easy. How many contractors does this sound like? I was expecting simple mow. Nope. They trimmed entire yard and even brushed my messy driveway. My lawn was way past due and looking sad. Now it s beautiful! I can t stop looking out the window. Thanks guys!!

Hired them for spring yard clean-up. There was a misunderstanding about what was to be hauled away and one worker seemed to have a bad attitude. Also, some rock bed areas not cleaned out very well. Overall though, they did a good job. I will probably use them again.
