+ -1 moreCouldn't be happier with their service. Very cordial. Very prompt - Returned my call within a few minutes, and arrived within an hour to do the work. In less than 30 minutes, hot tub was up and running fine. The fee charged was mentioned in advance, and was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Designer Pool & Spa to anyone needing service. So grateful to have an area company (Plainwell-Otsego) to do business with. Don't hesitate to call them for any type of sales or repair needs. They do it all.
Description of Work: Repaired wiring under our 21-year-old hot tub, so that it works perfectly. Not an easy task since this is such an old model, and the repair location was difficult to access.

+ -1 moreThe second trip Chuck diagnosed the problem with the heater bumping off the circuit as dirly filters. Over the phone he made it sound like I needed a new heater and a pressure switch. That sounded like over $500 but he found the filters were clogged and I cleaned them and he charged me only $75. What a guy. Could have been corrupt and charged me the whole amount and who would have known. The first trip he helped me with getting the PH adjusted in my spa. I also ordered a new spa cover that fits perfectly unlike the one I ordered from the internet that weighed over 200 pounds.
Description of Work: checked the reason why the heater was bumping off the circuit and the red light was coming on. this was chuck's second trip. First trip over was in the summer he helped me with chemical imbalance in the spa and ordered a new cover from him as the old one weighted over 200 pounds.
