Had to have a new furnace installed and a new hot water heater. Let's start with the hot water heater. After the install I had bad sulfur smell to my water they did come out and replace the rod in the unit. A week after I had water draining from the drain pipe under my mobile home it was running like a faucet from the unit however the drain pipe is right next to an outlet under my mobile home therefore water is splashing all over the place. It was a weekend when I called. I let them know I was concerned about a possible electrical fire because of the water draining. They wanted to charge me 200.00 to come out during the weekend I refused because they did this it was within days of them installing the new rod. Well it was Tuesday when they finally came out. My furnace was installed by them except I have central air also which was not replaced. Since the furnace has been installed my air conditioning is not working properly. They came out and said one of the coils inside of the house is plugged. But my air worked fine before they put the new furnace in. Even though I had help with getting these things replaced I feel like I am being taken advantaged of now and shrugged off with this air thing because my home is simply not cooling like it should . I have a huge hole in my floor where the hot water tank is like they were gonna put the drain pipe there but moved it over a few inches and the mess they left there also is ridiculous. I have videos of the the area around the hot water tank. If I could upload the videos I sure would but they are to big.

They are quite responsive. I've previously had emergency service and their price is reasonable too. The work that they have done is good.

It was an emergency call and so there was a charge associated with that. They were extremely responsive and they came right out. It was pricey for what needed to be done, but I got it done and it solved the problem. If it’s not an emergency, I have a lot of options then. I haven’t used them for anything except for this job.

I had them in the past for a service call and was impressed, so selected them for the major replacement that was needed. They showed up on time for both the initial consult and the final install, and were willing to answer all my questions. They were really nice to deal with. I would recommend them.

They seem to have a variety of brands and formats available. The staff has been with them for a long time and listens to you well. They try to fix the problem at the earliest and do a great job. They have been in business for a long time. It’s forced air heating system and the furnace is more than 10 years old. The air conditioner is way more than 20 years old and it’s still doing very well. They have told me not to change it. They told me that the energy efficiency may not be as good as a brand new one, but the actual cooling is great and all the parts are still working. I don’t think we have ever had anything replaced. We might have had the condenser cleaned. We haven’t purchased anything new from them. We are just maintaining what we have. As far as their service is concerned, it’s excellent. They know it since they are the only ones who have worked on the furnace and the air conditioner. Their records reflect any work that they have done or any parts they might have replaced. I also had them do our water heater this year since there was a little bit of a leak. The technician fixed the valve and cleaned it. It cost me an extra $75 and we can’t buy a water heater for $75. So it’s okay if it’s going to work for the next 10 years. It made sense because it’s close to the furnace. The technician is the one who noticed that my water heater was leaking. He told me that he would make it not leak anymore. He also asked me if it had ever been cleaned before and I told him that I wasn’t aware of it. He said that they could do that too and all of that could be done for $75 which was added on to whatever it cost to tune-up the furnace. So the total was under $300. They do change the filters if you need them to, but we change our own filters for the most part. They are the only people we have ever used. We will use them again in the spring when it’s time.

On a Thrusday morning in December our furance stopped working. DeHann came out, said the furnacne was 26 years old and should be replaced. After making some fast decisions and phone calls, we purchased our own furnace direct from a manufactor and DeHaan agreed to install it on Friday, the next day, first thing. After a cold night in a house, DeHaan had other more important things to do, didn't come to the house until 10:30. People were in and out until 2:45 then everyone disappear without a word. After a phone call to the office at 3:30 to find out where everyone went, we were informed that they had other stuff to do and wouldn't be back to finish until Monday. OKAY, it's 19 degrees outside I have 2 little kids and no heat for the weekend. If Dehaan counldn't finish the job they were contracted to do on time then DON"T TAKE THE JOB! You don't leave a family with 2 kids without heat for a weekend. Never, ever, ever use them.
