Fred came out exactly when he said and finished the job in three hours. He gave me choices, mainly for asthetic purposes, and was able to complete the job for $100 cheaper than his original proposal. Have had some heavy rains since then and all is well. Would definitely recommend him!

The materials and workmanship Fred used were top notch. The single piece downspouts are solid, sturdy and won't be falling apart. Fred redesigned the drainage on a couple of our downspouts and the roof drains a lot better.

Fred was ahead of schedule and ready to go early in the morning. They took time to show me everything they were doing and why. I had part of the gutters replaced last fall by an other company and comparing the two jobs tells the story of just doing a job and a craftsman. Fred's work is superior in every way,it looks better, it's installed better, he is more professional and there's no secrets. After replacing the gutters three times in twenty years ( by so caller professionals) I think it's finally installed correctly. His company is simply the best.

All the work was done completely and thoroughly, as was the cleanup afterward. We especially appreciated the fact that Fred, the owner, went out of his way to contact us (not easy because of our schedule) after we made the initial call and made sure to get the eaves cleaned before the big snowstorm. We will definitely hire them again!! :)

10/14/2014 Fred Crookston was one of several I contacted from Angie's List. He gave me a complete timeline for an estimate and, if accepted, for getting the job done. Fred completed the estimate exactly as promised. His estimate was higher than most but contained ALL important details: gutter quality and size, hanger type, schematic of redesigned system, teardown and haul away of old system, all labor and materials included. I was impressed with his honesty, integrety, thoroughness, and the pride of workmanship seldom seen nowdays. Well worth the price paid. All work met our high expectatons, was done on time even though it meant he and his team worked during a heavy rainstorm.

Fred was a pleasure to work with; very friendly & professional. It's obvious he knows what he's doing. Came right away for the estimate and came to do the work exactly when he said he would. He explained everything to us in detail, made suggestions for changes to make system work & look better. The quality of his work is superior. He was in & out in half a day & did a beautiful clean up job! I recommend him highly!

My original call was returned very promptly. He came by and gave me an estimate and said he would complete the job in the next week. However, they had an opening in their schedule so it was fixed within a few days of my original call. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a small or large job.

Could not have expected it to go any better. Provider showed up on time for estimate (which was the final cost) and to do the work. Did everything we discussed quickly and professionally. Cleaned up well. Another vendor wanted to replace the entire gutter system for 4-5 times the price of this firm. This provider said the gutter system was in good shape but needed more down spouts to prevent gutter overflows. Suggested that 3 additional down spouts would solve our problems. In addition to adding the 3 additional down spouts he repaired some sections that had pulled away from the house and cleaned all the gutters and down spouts. I would absolutely use this firm again. Have not had any gutter overflows since work was performed

He was excellent. He was very good at giving me price options, which I appreciated. Very professional and very timely.

Gutters were examined. Minor fixes were performed free of charge. I will be calling them in the near future when I need to replace my current gutters.

He showed up when he said he would, performed the work and cleaned up after he was finished.

This contractor was out in one week to give his estimate of the cost of complete Gutter Replacement, which I thought was a fair price. He said, that he could have the job done within two to three weeks. I was pleased that he had the job done within two weeks. He's a nice guy to do business with and very satisfied with the job he performed.

Absolutely wonderful. Efficient, professional, and precise. I do almost all of my own home repairs and remodeling, and I am very particular in regards to quality. The workmanship was superb. When the estimate was given, I decided it was in line, so I didn't obtain another quote ...so not sure about pricing , but I am very happy with the project and would use the provider again.

Mr. Crookston came promptly on the date scheduled for an estimate and also on the date & time he scheduled for installation. He is very professional and never tries to sell you something you don't need. Mr. Crookston does all the work himself along with his crew. This is the second time he has done work for us and I would certainly call him again for any roofing or related need. He actually charged us a bit less than the original estimate. I really felt that Mr. Crookston took a personal interest in solving our drainage problem. He is truly "old school" service and skill, traits that are hard to find these days.

Mr. Crookston did a great job. As anyone in this area can attest, we have had a LOT of rain. The best test I can think of for new gutters, right?! Everything is working exactly as it should. Mr. Crookston was very helpful while doing the estimate. He helped me decide what I needed to have done based on the problems I was having. He did this without trying to sell me what I did not need; I appreciate this. He arrived on time, but was chased off by a heavy rain. It continued to rain most of the day and he called back to say he would try again first thing in the morning. He did just that. The work was completed quickly and the clean-up was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints or hesitation recommending this company.

Mr. Crookston and his crew member were extremely professional and courteous. The quality of work was excellent. We are very pleased with the new gutters and would highly recommend him. His estimate was a little higher than others, but his quality of work substantiates the cost.

A fantastic experience and a company I would use again. I called to request an estimate on gutter replacement as mine were in very sad shape. The estimate and the work was done in a timely manner for the quoted price. He cleaned up after himself and kindly disposed of all the old junky gutters and broken downspouts for me. I now have beautiful seamless gutters and well attached downspouts that do their job, I even almost look forward to rain now rather than dreading the water it will put in my basement.

They were very professional, arrived on time, and were always quick to return our phone calls when we had questions. We are very happy with the quality their work.

I requested an estimate. He told me to expect an approximate 2 week wait to perform the work and that he would call prior to performing the work. Two weeks later he called and came out and completed the job. Excellent job done quickly.

Finished product looks great. I am very pleased.
