Showed up on time, got the job done. No problems (might be hard to catch on the phone because from what I can tell he is very busy), but he returned my initial call promptly and did the job sooner than I expected. I have redone floors in the past, but as long as Chris is around; 'll not consider redoing the floors myself ever again.

Chris was AMAZING! We called Chris repeatedly to make sure we were getting the best value and exactly what we wanted. When we finally agreed to do the job, Chris was beyond understanding that we had found our own wood. Chris split the cost of delivery and came to the house to bring it all inside. Chris did the entire job in 4 days! We were truly appreciative at how efficient and timely Chris worked. Chris communicated very well and worked within the time needed. Chris disposed of all of the tile and carpet as well as the wood boxes. I am beyond thankful that Chris even disposed of our leftover moving boxes. I am SO in love with my new floors and happy to refer Chris to anyone. Amazing quality of workmanship. Chris took the hardwood and made it his own. THANK YOU!

CNB was very professional. Started and completed the job in the one day, as promised.

Chris Beech called me back promptly, even though he was on vacation at the time of my inquiry. He came over when he got back from vacation, gave me an estimate, and set a date for starting my job. When he came and pulled up the ancient carpet in my newly purchased house, there was *significant* termite damage (see photos) in the living room. Chris said it was no problem, and he could replace the affected boards and it would still look great. After the initial estimate, I also asked him to install additional flooring in the master bedroom closet area. Chris did an excellent job on my project. The floors are gorgeous! No one would ever guess that boards had been replaced in the living room or that the hallway floor was installed 60 years after the rest of my hardwood. It all matches perfectly and looks beautiful. In addition, I put a HUGE scratch in the living room floor by scooting a china hutch across it before it was completely cured, and Chris, without any additional cost(!), put an extra coat of finish on that entire room and the scratch is completely gone! Please see photos for before and after pictures of the termite damage and the splendid floors I have now! Chris did the vast majority of this work while I was not home and was completely trustworthy having a key to my house. I would hire him again in a minute and recommend him to anyone. He does wonderful work at great prices, and goes out of his way to make his customers happy!

When I called Chris for an estimate he called me back within an hour and set up an estimate for the same day. He came out at the exact time he had said and completed the estimate in a short time. His estimate was much better than 2 previous estimates and he seemed a lot more knowledgeable about refinishing our floors. After agreeing to the estimate we set up a time (about 3 weeks) when he would come and refinish the floors. He called a few days before the agreed upon date and said he would be at our home between 8 & 8:30 to start the job. On the day he started he arrived at 8:20 and began sanding our floors. He was able to work around our Grand Piano, completing one side of the room and then moving the piano and completing the other half of the room. It took three days to complete the jobs and the floors look beautiful! I would definitely recommend Chris to refinish your floors. His price is good, he is reliable and does and overall great job!

He was great. He came in at a much lower price than everybody else we had come out. We chose to go with him for cleaning and finishing our hardwood flooring, and he did a very good job. We are extremely happy for it. We will have him come out for more work.

Chris called back the same day I left a number and request for an estimate. He came out the next day. We were renovating a 55 year old home. With the exception of one room, the three bedrooms, hall and livingroom wood floors had not seen the light of day for decades. One bedroom had linoleum glued onto the floor. We removed all carpeting, tacks and as much glue as we could. Chris gave us an estimate we felt was less than we would have paid for good quality installed carpeting. He worked within our remodeling schedule, coming out for three days to do the sanding and refinishing, then held off with the final sanding and top coat until we had finished the painting. He returned as promised two weeks later. Chris was timely and professional. He gives you a "color wheel" to determine what stain, if any, you want on your floor. You pick a few you want to consider. Then, once he has the sanding complete, he stains about a foot or two of the floor with the stains you have chosen. This was a wonderful opportunity to see what the floor would look like. He even gave us a box of felt furniture pads to help us keep the floor nice. I would recommend this cheerful man to anyone considering refinishing floors. He repaired several spots where the wood was gouged and even carries similar wood to take up boards if necessary. Chris said there would be very little dust from the sanding process and he was a man of his word.

Took five days. Moved furniture as needed. Professional demeanor and was also timely. Completed job on time as planned.

The 12' X 19' porch floor in our farm house (used to be open, made to shed water) was sagging badly. CNB owner came over the same day I called, advised me of the fact that an entire new sub-floor surface right down to the joists was needed first. This is something he doesn't do but was able to refer me to someone that he often works with who does. It turned out to be a good referral with the work well-done and prompt. The CNB owner measured, showed samples of finished samples in order of increasing hardness and made for me an estimate for the chosen one. He then worked together with the sub-flooring contractor to get a proper date for the work. Both services were done professionally and quickly. CNB generally gets unfinished wood and provides finishing (3 coats alternating with sanding between coats but, as in our case, due to no unfinished wood of the chosen kind except on long back order, they will install already finished wood from a first-rate supplier.

He did a fine job and we were very happy with it .We would recommend him to other people. He was here on time and did what he was supposed to do in the allotted time period. It looks great.

He did what he said he would plus some extras, quote was accurate, finished it up in timely manner an would use him again. He cleaned uo each day an was extremely professional an trustworthy.

He did a wonderful job, and he came in much lower than the other estimates I received. He made sure we were satisfied in every way and was very meticulous. He was here everyday and really sought to please us.
