The quality of the work that the plumbers did was fine but I will never use them again. I thought their sales man was very deceptive. We had many problems. First of all he wouldn't tell me what specific parts we needed for this job like we needed a valve to change from dual handles to a single handle for the shower area and he wouldn't tell me about that. He made me go to a distributor to find out what parts I needed. Then after the tub was installed during the tiling process, I discovered that the tub was cracked. They told me they were having a rep come in to look at it and make a determination on whether it was a factory flaw or not and really what they scheduled was somebody to re-glaze the tub.

I spent $1500. I think he did a nice job but he left an awful mess behind. He didn't clean up after himself at all. There was quite a bit of stuff left in our basement. He was recommended by our property manager. She's been kind of absent and I think he knew that because when we showed up to the house there was stuff left all over the place. I think he did a decent job with the tasks but he left a lot of stuff behind.

This was a positive experience. I am an out of state landlord and CL Mahoney was able to quote a fair replacement and meet the quoted price for the work provided. I spoke with the manager, Jim, and he was both knowledgable and courteous.

They have been here day and night and holidays to fix leaks, install a new toilet, and other things. Especially happy with the nes pipes in the basement that look like straight and curved hoola hoops. New thing, I guess.
