He arrived during the time frame he gave us and sprayed the house, roof and surrounding trees for ants. I have only seen 2 ants inside the house since that time. We were killing 20+ per day before he was here. The contract also includes spiders, bees, etc. and mice. If we find any of those between the 3 times he is contracted to spray, we are to call and he will come and spray for those as well. I appreciate the fact that he did not put sticky traps for spiders, etc., inside the house like the previous service did. I don't like having them around and everyone can see them.
Description of Work: He sprayed for ants.

I would not recomend this inspectors services.
Description of Work: The Bug Buster performed a wood destroying insect inspection. The owner inspectiod the property finding evidence that the home had been previously treated for termites. Drill holes in the concrete are direct evidence that the home had been previously treated. He found these holes. Upon the interior inspecion he located termite tubes that were shown to be very old. Termite tubes are entry points for termites. Fresh and recent tubes are strong and somewhat moist. Old tubes are very weak and brittle. The tube that were located were almost sand like and esily broke with just blowing on them. Even though the home had perviously been treated, the tubes were old, and he did not find and live or dead termites, the inspector claimed that the home needed to be treated by his company at a cost of $1100.00 My experience as a Realtor is that the treatments cost more typically for $750 to $850. He claimed that he was the cheapest in town. NOT. He told me that the home needed to treat again simply to get the $1100 job. His inspection and recomendation were a conflict of interest.
