Blackberry Window & Door Systems did a good job. They were very professional and punctual. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They stayed for a couple of hours to finish the job. They said it would take them two days but it took them only one day to finish the job. It was convenient for us even if they didn't have to do it. We like our windows very well.

Installation was wonderful but a year after having the windows most would not lock without twisting the frame & having to push really hard to align. No fix was ever made even though there was a warranty in effect. I have had much better pricing, quality & lasting/working windows installed at another local shop.

The whole job from start to finish went very well. We first meant with the salesman whose presentation was short but at the same time he answered all our questions. The shortness of the presentation was important to us, we didn't need to sit and listen to a salesman ramble on for an hour telling us about things we never even asked about. Our salesman finished with us in about thirty minutes. He gave us numbers to call if we wanted to go forward, left information for the products we picked out, thanked us and left. No high pressure,no lines about if you give us money today we can get you in at a special price, no nonsense period We appreciated that. We also liked the idea that the installer that would be doing our project had worked for them for twenty two years. Once we decided on Blackberry the process moved along in a timely matter. They ordered our door and windows, a short time later they came in and were inspected and found ready for installation, and a time was set up. They arrived on time and went right to work. The job was completed in one day and the clean up was great. Other than the new windows and door you would never had known they were here.

Very pleased with entire service. One of the installers noticed a factory flaw in one of the windows. The flawed window was temporarily installed and a new window ordered and installed within 10 days.

Everything progressed as planned in a professional and timely fashion. From crafting and installing the exterior trim around the window to applying the new trim around the window inside the house, all applications were professionally done and the results add curb appear to our home. The window upgrade exceeds our expectations.

.I was very impressed with them and had a real good experience. We had some trouble with a door and they came back out and fixed it. They stand behind their work.

The company rep came and made suggestions about the window replacement in a rental property I own. I got other estimates but decided to go with Blackberry. The windows were ordered and were available about the time they said they would be. The installers arranged with me a mutually agreeable time. They arrived at that time. They were respectful of the house and covered the floor during their work. The installation was done well and they cleaned up when they were finished.

They came out and removed and reinstalled some new windows that were installed incorrectly by a different company - Dean's Handyman Service. Since Blackberry did the repair, the new windows have been wonderful. They were very fair with what they had to do and they did it correctly. They were prompt and on time and cleaned up after the work was done.

Wow! This company delivers! First, our estimate was done and everything was explained to us, from the constuction of the windows to the way they would be installed and finished. We paid half and the windows were ordered. Five weeks later the windows were installed. The work was done so well we were amazed. This young man came to our home alone and proceeded to have all eight windows out and the new ones installed in one and a half days! Now, that may not seem like such a big deal to some of you, but let me tell you, his helper was out with a bad back and this fellow did all the work himself. THEN his wife showed up and cleaned all the windows, frames and sills! And SHE did an excellent job! Not one, single piece of debris was left anywhere on our property when they were finished. The jams were insulated and the frames were wrapped and they look great. We also had the door frame wrapped and we were overjoyed with the result. I did go out and apply a coat of car wax to the metal parts, just in case, but they clean up so nicely. We really were surprised that the quote from this company was so close to the quotes we received from the other three comanies (one window and door comany and two big box stores}. What set this comany apart for us is the lifetime guarantee on the LABOR as well as the window. What good is a great window if it isn't installed correctly?

I have used them before and they have done a great job. This time they quoted me almost double than others. They come as scheduled and the workmen are polite. They do a good job and have repaired some light outside, on requesting the same. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Lou came over gave me an estimate and we signed a contract. The work was done when promised and the workmanship by the installers was stellar. When the the windows came and were installed, the installer noticed that 2 of the sashes had a scratch on the glass. He ordered 2 new sashes and they were installed promply. Great experience with Lou and Blackberry. I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the actual window as I am with the reduced Consumer Energy bills. In terms of the company; from salesman to office staff to installers, everyone was very helpful, thorough, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and work ethic. There were no surprises. I had done some homework on window quality through Consumer Reports, had gotten 5 other estimates. While not the cheapest estimate, they were reasonable and definately not the highest. Some competitors quoted 2,000 more.

They put it over a cement slab. It was a three seasons porch. It lasted beautifully. There were a couple of little things wrong with it, but after the first year they came out and fixed whatever was needed. It was expensive because it was a big porch.

The screens did not fit and they had to reorder. When they received the screens they were nylon and not the metal we ordered. They had to reorder and this meant they had to make the order three times. The painter they sent used a throw away brush and got paint on the screens and some on the walls. It was just unfortunate.
