So far we have just had the audit done. It was a very thorough audit. I was extremely pleased with how much time Patrick spent explaining our house to me.

Very thorough and thoughtful assessment. Very understandable explanations of the process, of an energy audit, and pre final report findings. The only negative was that they didn’t inform prior to the audit the forms of payment they accept. They weren’t able to process a credit card on site and they pass the 3% visa fee onto the customer, just a very small negative.

For a long time, we had been experiencing poorly controlled temps in our master bedroom and other rooms of the house. With some deep investigating by Mark and his team, the culprit was discovered and fixed above and beyond our expectations. Our total home temperature is much better controlled and we look forward to our improved energy bills and increased home value. For the services we had new and extra insulation, air leak areas caulked, some furnace duct work changes and caulking, re-routing of our dryer vent, new remote controlled thermostat installed....all after a thorough house energy assessment before and after.

(Actually we did windows, siding and insulation.) Competent, friendly, and thorough. Cleaned up the site everyday and finished the jog on a acceptable schedule. Helpful energy audit that helped us decide on what we wanted improve. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mark Lee was helpful and answered questions throughout the project and was always a phone call away. The craftsmen, Mike and Drew, kept us informed about progress and what to expect every day. They kept our property clean and each day ended with putting things in order. BWB helped in many ways from energy audits to financing. This was a huge committment for us and we are very pleased with BWB and their crew and take great pleasure in our "new" home. Top notch!
