From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. The craftsmen and site manager were knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed on a acceptable schedule and we were kept informed about any and all delays and unexpected needs. As with any older home there were some unforeseen circumstances. The jobsite was kept organized and the area was policed and cleaned at the end of each workday. My wife and my needs and comfort were always considered. This was a huge commitment for us to invest in our home and we feel that we were treated well and our needs were considered and met at every juncture of the job. We are very pleased each time we drive up to our house, open one of the new windows, enjoy the quiet, and realize the savings from the investment. We feel that our money was well spent and our needs were met. BWB not only dealt with the nuts and bolts of the home improvement, but evaluated energy needs and explained the concepts and they were instrumental in the financing of the project. Suffice it to say, we are pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend BWB to family and friends.
