Description of Work: They were replacing the service box with a new box and circuit breakers. They lost one of the circuit wires in the transfer and wanted to charge me extra for reestablishing that circuit.

Description of Work: He found and fixed the problem with the utilities not working in the garage. Sometimes we have lights, other times not at all. He also quoted and scheduled an install for a ceiling fan and more electrical outlets in the garage.

Description of Work: I had a wire connection fail in the wiring system in my garage and he was able to track back through a few connection boxes to the source and solved the problem in less than an hour.

Although Jim was working on an out of town job, he patiently walked me through a self fix. I had called him three times and each time he was patient clearly interested in helping me and not concerned about a service call. Description of Work: Thanks Angie's List. I was looking for someone who would do a small electrical project - install a new kitchen light fixture. The first name on your list was Beacon Electric, which said they would do small jobs. He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He came on time. Price was reasonable. It would have been $81, but he reminded me that there was a coupon for $10. Would definitely use this service again.
