Description of Work: We bought a HUD home last year -- and needed new furnace / air conditioning. Batholomew installed both units. They installed a new furnace and A/C. Today the owner came out because I didn't feel second story was getting cool enough. Brad found several open ducts in the basement that needed to get closed, registers that needed to be closed, a cold air return that needed to be opened up in basement, turned my fan in the master bedroom so it would suck up cold air -- as opposed to blowing it down. This has helped tremendously.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL !!!
