Description of Work: fixed shower control and handle. Did on time. Only complaint is that offer only one control handle that was pretty generic. Would like to have a better one to choose from

Description of Work: They came pretty near when they said they would to look over the job. The young man assured me he would send an estimate the next day via email but would follow-up with a written estimate. We received neither. He said he was very busy so I guess he didn't need the business. We found another young man who was willing to take the job. These people do not answer their phones and do not return a call when a message is left.

Description of Work: Installed two exterior water faucets.

Description of Work: I had them come over for a estimate on exchanging an old double bowl sink to a new single kitchen sink and add on a new faucet. I had already bought my own sink and faucet. When here discussing the cost of the sink Travis did not discuss it with me directly but discussed it with his partner pointing out to him what was to be done and then when he was calculating the cost,he started pushing buttons on a hand held "calculator" and pointing to the machine and telling his partner the break down of the cost of each action or item leaving me to just stand there listening to the conversation. I felt it was my money and my sink that he should have been talking to me directly. Secondly, he wanted to know if I wanted the job done by the hour or by the job. I asked what did they think would be cheaper. This was when his partner chimed in , well if I have to go get something 'on the clock', you will have to pay for that time . Since it was over Sixty some dollars every 15 minutes I thought maybe the per job deal would be better. This was over 400.00 dollars. I agreed to have them do it "by the job" and we arranged a time. When I went out to get my dog so she wouldn't be in their way I over heard them laughing loudly and stating what sounded like, "We got em!!" I didn't feel comfortable with the way they handled the transaction with me anyway. I felt they were trying to get as much money out of me as they could even before I heard their reaction in the truck...in which silence settled when they saw me. So regardless of the comment I thought I heard, I did not feel comfortable with them working on my sink and faucet. I cancelled their appointment and hired another plumber who was excellent and I paid $211.25 which was less than half of what Aqua Plumbing was wanting for the exact job.

Description of Work: Put in new tub shower combo, replaced drywall around shower and put in a new toilet. Fixed leaky out door faucet.Also fixed the not so good repair jobs that my husband and I did on kitchen and bathroom sink

Description of Work: I have used Travis on several occasions over the past few years for clogged drain, water heater replacement, unflushing toilet.

Description of Work: Travis gave a quote to complete our downstairs bathroom. My husband did dry-wall, flooring and electrical. We purchased the toilet, vanity and sink to keep cost down. They did a great job moving the original "plumbed" work to meet our new layout and complete the bathroom. They work with our schedule to complete the job. Had a small issue with the toilet about 1 month after install, was the toilet not the workmanship. They came out and fixed for no extra cost. Will use again.

Description of Work: We used Aqua Plumbing Service to fill in a well for us.

Description of Work: Installed both an inside and outside frost free faucet turnoff valve that had begun to drip and leak due to age and exposure to the outside.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 toilets. Fix drain on kitchen sink was clogged and air locked dishwasher. Installed a spigot to the rear of home.
