When they started the job they was very professional from start to end they did very nice work very nice crew also I believe the owners name is Tim very nice man price not to bad if you need your roof done I would recommend advantage roofing for that job thanks advantage roofing

The worst experience any one could possibly have. Wouldn’t return phone calls about quotes. But somehow find time to text at 2am intoxicated. Absolute joke of a company and employees

I have used them for a few projects. They did all of the stone and siding work on our home as well, which led us to hire them for the balcony and pergola project.

Very well. Here at 9:30 am and was done with the roof the same day by 3:30 pm. Came back the next day and completed the gutters.

It went smoothly, they have a good crew, people work pretty diligently, they seemed responsible. They didn't waste time, it wasn't the easiest angles but they handled it right. It looks real good.

Advantage came, told me that my roof was steep enough and in good enough shape that there was no emergency. He came back and lodged the shingle back in place -- at no cost. His honesty won the day - when I am due to replace my roof in a few years -- I'll go with Advantage, who was (by the way) suggested with high praise by my neighbors.

Overall has gone very well. The trims look fantastic as did the roof and the siding. Only thing was I was notified of when the roof was going to be replaced but not when they started the siding work and wrapping. So the poor team had to work around my car in their way since I wasn't home to move it. But they still worked it out and I got there to remove it before they needed to get higher to the side of the garage. They cleaned up after themselves daily.

I went with another company but this company wasn't second choice. Estimator was very nice and professional.

The consultant came to my house to assess the work to be done. He was supposed to get my an estimate/quote the following week. After two weeks I called the office and they told me they would have the consultant give me a call back. After a month the consultant made contact with me and made an appointment to meet at my home to go over the estimate. After taking a half day off work the consultant did not show up. I made an appointment with Lyster Exteriors the next day and they were very responsive and had the work completed within a month of initial contact.

I received a prompt affordable estimate but they would never send a proposal. After several phone calls, emails and promises the job was never done.

Overall I had no compliants on the roofing project, they were done in a day, they were quick and efficient.

It took about two days. They were extremely professional and covered everything in the estimate. The final payment came out to the same price as the estimate. They were very nice and explained everything to me. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure not to mess up any of my shrubbery or anything else in the yard. I've recommended them to several people already.

Due to the past bad winter, they were back logged for our project. We knew this up front and this was not an emergency, so all went very well. All employees with Advantage from the sales rep right on through everybody we dealt with were great. No problems occurred during our project. The thing that really sold us on the job was their sales person, Shannon Brown who went up into the attic and took several before pictures and spent time showing us what needed to be done. As they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words," and this is right on, and they show us after pictures when the job was finished. Talk about a super great cleanup, when they finished and picked up everything, a person couldn't tell that anything had been done except of course, the new roof, all around the house was as clean as a whistle. We discovered that our kitchen ceiling was leaking at about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. I suspected ice dams and called Advantage Roofing, fully expecting that it would be Monday before anyone could come out and help us. The person answering the phone was friendly and helpful. While they couldn't get anyone out Friday night, they did have a crew that was working on Saturday and offered to have that crew come out Saturday afternoon for regular rates. Rates were not cheap, ($150 trip charge plus $75/manhour for a two man team), but it was cheaper than having my ceiling collapse! The crew arrived Saturday around 11:30 and got to work. They worked fairly quickly and knocked off the ice dams. After looking more closely at the house, I decided that I really needed to knock the ice dams off of the higher roof lines as well, but they didn't have their 30 foot ladder with them. They offered to come back on Monday with no trip charge, so I took them up on their offer. They came Monday morning and finished the job. The crew was friendly and professional, and they got the work done quickly and well. I really appreciated the quick response to our need. I would definitely hire them again.

I left a phone message on a Sunday, they replied immediately, had someone on site at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning. They kept in touch with me via phone during the job - did excellent work, and charged a fair price. I wish all service companies were this fair and efficient.

Martin came to the house and was very detailed with his price quote, kept us abreast of their schedule and let us know when they would be here and they arrived a day earlier! The crew was so friendly and professional and they are very detailed with their work. If there is any issue at all they come and talk to you about it. They were very safe as we had winter storms during that time. They came out and tarped our roof to protect it from further damage. They have a very high work ethic and I would highly recommend them.

They did a fine job! I haven't received any complaints from my tenants. Everything was done cleanly. I was happy with the work. I would recommend them!

They inspected my roof and told me everything is great. If I have a problem in the future I will call them again.

Completed on time and met estimate. One small problem with a gutter not draining well was addressed promptly and made right.

We hired Advantage to do the flashing around our chimney and install gutters. When the man arrived to work on the flashing he informed me he could not continue due to damage around the chimney. We found another company to repair the chimney and do the flashing and when we asked Advantage for our $400.00 deposit back they were reluctant to give us anything back at all. After many phone conversations, they refunded us $100. They did absolutely NO WORK for the $300. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Appraisal promptly done, then roof repair completed in one day about a week later.

We had Advantage quote on and then replace the roof on our 16 year old home. We received quotes from 4 different companies. On the front end, Martin from Advantage was very responsive at providing a detailed proposal and information packet. The pricing was competitive, the shingles proposed were highly rated, and their training ratings were solid. Martin answered all of our questions and we checked a few neighborhood references before awarding them the project. The communication and scheduling of the project was very good. Nick and his crew showed up right on time and did a great job replacing the roof. He answered all questions and was very easy to work with.
