Professional, responsive, and competent from initial contact to final cleanup. Our entire experience (initial contact to final cleanup) was about 30 hours -- 5 trees removed and hauled away, branches trimmed, and stumps ground. Both Mike in the office and Will on-site were great. Skip was outstanding leading the tree crew. These guys know what they are doing. We even got a pesky dead branch removed from a different tree that had fallen and hooked itself on a lower branch for no extra charge. We had a great experience, and we will use 4 Seasons again.

They were extremely professional. It took a little longer than they anticipated but actually took down some extra small trees. Definitely would use them again.

4 Seasons was the first company to return my call about some work, even though I called prior to a holiday weekend. They came out to estimate the job when it was convenient for me, and had workers at my house at the time when I expected them to complete the work. Once the workers arrived, they concluded that the job was a bit more involved than they thought, so it would need to be delayed for some additional equipment to become available, which was fine with me. The work was then completed at the newly agreed upon time. They kept me informed by frequent calls. The branch was successfully removed and they neatly stacked firewood for me on a spare rack that was already in my back yard, they also removed all the associated brush. I noticed a few small oil spots on my driveway, likely from the equipment that was brought in to finish the job, but nothing major. They were the best quote I received, and were willing to do the work with skill and manpower instead of heavy equipment, which I greatly prefer.

This went so great! I will use them again. I received 4 quotes and they were the least expensive. These guys worked their butts off! They were out here within one day after giving the estimate. We were having a new roof installed, so we needed someone to be out here relatively quickly. They worked, and did what they said they were going to do for the price. They took American Express, which was a plus. Will was very cordial and professional. Will was really nice. The crew knew what they were doing, you could tell they had lots of experience with these jobs. I was a little concerned because a couple of the trees were so close to the house. When we were done, the neighbors were in awe. We live on a lake and it opened our view up to the full view of the lake. I will use them again. We have two trees in front of our lot, in the water that need to come out. The previous owner left them there thinking it would be a natural habitat. We feel it is unsafe. So they are coming out to give an estimate on pulling these trees out of the water. I am so pleased! Professional, reliable, and will do what they say for the price agreed upon. Smiles!

They cleaned everything up. They were prompt and reliable. The other estimate I received was $13,000. They did excellent work and only charged us $5,000.

We used 4 Seasons last Spring and were very happy with their services and so we used them again. They are very reliable and don't quit until the job is done. We have recommended them to many of our friends.

Use 4 Seasons Tree Service. You will be pleased. Very polite, considerate on the phone, very knowledgeable and experienced tree removers. Now, the guys LOOK like they climb trees, operate heavy machinery and wood chippers which is because they DO trim and take down trees all day. They are great at it. They responded first, completed the job the next day--before other services even called me back. Just save yourself time and use 4 Seasons. Hands down, the best tree service.

They were down the road doing a job and stopped to ask if I would like a free estimate for tree service as we have quite a few all in need of clean up. We agreed to a price for 2 trees, stumps & ground roots to be removed and 6 trees to be trimmed up. They promised next day and they were there and gone before I even knew it. They left the yard inmmaculate condition and it looked so natural I couldn't even tell that they had been there and gone when I had done a drive by earlier that day. The trees look GREAT as well as the yard. I even had a hard time locating where the trees removed had been. We'll have them back in the fall for the oaks and I can't wait!

When we called for an estimate they were out the very next morning. After getting 2 other bids, we hired Four Seasons as the low bidder. I called on a Monday morning to set up an appointment, at which time they told me they could get out to us toward the end of the week. 30 minutes later someone called to say they had a crew out right now and could be at our home in 30 minutes. They sent several trucks and a crew of 6 men. They finished the job that day. The foreman was on and off our site and checked in with me several times. I reminded him each time that we wanted to have some wood chips from our apple tree to use in our smoker. We never got them. For that reason I give them a B on responsiveness. Otherwise they were great and I would hire them again.

Very well done. The price was a negotiated price. I had a competing bid from another vendor who failed to notify me when he couldn't keep the appointment. He could not match it. We agreed on one that was close. For the extra money (25.00) I received an excellent job, done promptly. An emergency triggered a call to me to explain an unforeseen delay. He didn't leave me hanging. A man of his word . . . a courteous 4 man crew . . . a job well done. I'm happy!

Called for an estimate, they came the next day and took down the tree the following day. Punctual, pleasant, and cleaned up wonderfully. Have used them before, will use them again. Needed bucket equipment. Came prepared with all that they needed.

Because the trees were on the side and the back of our house, the trees could not be reached by a "high ranger", making climbing the trees a necessity. They are "artists in the treetops". They cut the limbs carefully and lowered them to the ground carefully. There was NO DAMAGE to anything below. All of the brush was removed, even the small twigs were raked. We would definitely call them the next time that we need tree work done.

They did the job for a good price and had everything cleaned up. They were in the area, I contacted them for an estimate and had the job done. They are insured and gave it at a reasonable price. We had everything done in one day’s time. They do tree trimming, tree removal, log and stump removal, too. They also accept credit cards, which is good. I will continue to use them in future.

I was impressed and I found their prices to be reasonable but our insurance company was not willing to pay for this.

4 Seasons promptly came to give an estimate when I called. We agreed on the price and what was to be done. We set the next day for them to come and remove the tree. They arrived on time to start the job. They had to come back a second day. Vinnie who in charge of the crew the second day was outstanding. 4 Seasons committed the man power to get the job done in a hurry. The crews' congeniality, hard work and attention to clean-up detail were outstanding. This was necessary because of the wind storm that came through Battle Creek on Memorial Day weekend. The demand for tree services was very high so we appreciated their prompt response and excellent work.

The job went very well. They looked very professional. They had all the equipment that was needed, including lift trucks and bobcats to lift everything away. It was a good crew that all worked well together. I was happy with them. I knew it was not going to be cheap because it was a big job. They knew what they were doing.

It went just as I expected it to go...they did just what they had agreed to do. In fact, at no extra charge they even took down several small trees and came back a few days later and hauled away some very large chunks of wood that I mistakenly thought I could move.

They were in then neighbor doing work in someone else's yard so I had them give me a quote. They started at $350 and then came down to $300. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They seemed to do a professional job.

We called four tree service companies on Saturday morning. We got a call back from 4 Seasons Tree Service on Saturday afternoon. They made an appointment to give us an estimate on Tuesday. We waited for the other three tree services to call us back, but none did. We called 4 Seasons Tree Service back on Thursday and they made an appointment to do the work the following Monday. They said they would be here at 9:00 AM and they were. They were professional, got to work right away and two hours later were finished. They raked up all the leaves, branches, etc. You couldn't even tell they were there when they finished. They even tamped down where the truck drove on the lawn. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them highly. It was nice to have someone show up when they said they would.
