Palmer'S Damp-Proofing

I knew the waterproofing system that I wanted. Rub-R-Wall® Plus Waterproofing has better tensile strength and does not require protection board prior to backfilling. We used this water proofing on our previous home because we had clay all around our basement. This waterproofing worked great. The foundation never leaked even though our cement floor cracked after 3 years. The products flexibility is the key. So when we decided to build again I new exactly what we wanted. I researched which vendors used this system in Michigan and found Palmer's Damp-Proofing. They were very courteous and professional. I was able to have them come out (very out of their way) to water proof my new foundation. I can't express how thankful I am that they got me in so quickly. I was also given a tube of the material to do a touchup if anything scratched the surface before we back filled the foundation. I was so glad that I had the extra tube of material. We had a cement truck get to close to the foundation and cracked it. I dug down and cleared the foundation area and placed the touchup material over the crack to reseal the foundation. We have had so much rain this month and had standing water outside of the wall along the crack that was created by the cement truck. NO LEAKS!!! love this product!!
