Very courteous during installation. Very helpful in showing me how to use the new equipment. Not pushy at all in trying to sell you additional equipment.
Description of Work: They came to my home at no charge to give me an estimate of what stereo equipment I needed. While actually doing the installation, they offered to let me try one of their universal remotes for two weeks to see if it would be something that we would enjoy. If so, I could pay at that time; if not, I could return to the store. They also would program the remote for our specific TV and stereo equipment.
