carpet cleaners, carpet installation, air duct cleaning
+ 1 moreI contacted the Clean Source on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 weeks requesting a quotation for mold remediation. The operator was upbeat and friendly, and promised to pass along each request and assured me someone would contact me shortly. I never received as much as a phone call from anyone. During my last conversation with the operator, I expressed my frustration regarding the situation. I even asked if business was so good the sales group doesn't even need to contact potential customers any more. That was 5 days ago. Needsless to say, I have significant concerns over a company that won't even respond to potential customers. I can't imagine how difficult it might be to get a followup visit after the fact if required. By the way, I contacted 2 other companies at the same time. Both of them followed up promptly, viewed the damage, and submitted proposals during that same time period. What a novel approach.
Description of Work: Couldn't even get a return phone call after 3 calls to their operator!

I HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS HOW WELL THEY TREATED US IN OUR TIME OF NEED. THEY WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE. THEY ASSURED US THAT THEY WOULD GET EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF, AND THEY DID. THEY WERE GREAT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COMPLIANT TO OUR NEEDS. THEY DID NOT PLAY AROUND. THEY CAME IN AND THEY WERE OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY WERE GENEROUS AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO CLEAN OUT THE AIR DUCTS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreMY INSURANCE PAID FOR ONE ROOM IN MY HOUSE TO BE DONE. I LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT I HAD THEM DO THE REST OF THE HOUSE. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE PADDING AND CARPET IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
