Great the only company I would use. Has serviced our house for the last 18 years. Always there when we need them.

It took a couple attempts to get someone to call me back so I could make an appointment. I finally got a call back after a week and appointment was made. I took the day off work as they were unable to give me a time block, they never showed up. I haven't gotten a return call as to why the no show/no call. Very disappointing customer service.

The initial installation was sufficienly satisfactory and I would have recommended the company to others but when the system stopped working in late May or this year and I and contacted the owner mid June I did reach the owner ,Doug Hop on my first call who promised to to come out two days later but did not.During the next three weeks I caller the co on an almost dayly basis both on the company number and on Dougs cell number and in addition making the long trip to Jenison Mi and leaving a note there to at least call me and while my lawn was dying in the heat they never did even return my calls.After 3 weeks Icontacted a diffetent Co.That pinpointed the problem to a nicked wire in the ground which then was replaced at considerable expense. While the damage to the wire undoubtedly took plase during installation I would not necessarily have balked at paying for the repair,but being left hanging in the air without even a return call is inexcusable.This Co. apparently picks the low hanging fruit and then leaves you hanging. My experience was good. I have a little trepidation just because there were a few things that went wrong, but for the most part they handled it professionally. Like, they cut the cable line and said that it was mis-marked basically, but it wasn't charged to me. It was a little bit inconvenience of just not having Internet at our house for a day, so it wasn't significant. One of the zones they set up didn't turn off and they came up rather quickly after I let them know. So, they were all minor things and they were able to come out and respond very quickly. So, I appreciated that. They were professional and they explained things. So, I didn't have a problem with the workers.

Dave came out a checked all our sprinkler heads - about 70 of them in 11 zones. He repaired a couple, and answered a lot of questions. He then winterized our system. I was very pleased with his knowledge and willingess to go the extra mile. Affordable price and excellent service.
