Not happy with how they continue to forget to pick up our yard waste. We call only get lip service. Will be looking for another provider. Expensive and not reliable.

Yard waste is periodically missed, sometimes two weeks in a row last year. In April 2021 yard waste was missed for two weeks after repeatedly contacting the company and being promised it would be picked up in a day or two. They became interested in resolving the issue after I called to cancel service. I wondered if Republic just ignores all yard waste customers for a couple weeks at the beginning of the season to save money. I can't verify this but I doubt that their employees are really that ignorant. The $60.00 bill to pickup my waste containers is a reminder to never return to this company.

no pick up for 2 weeks. when I tried to contact customer service 3 different times I was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. they do want my money so instead of trying customer service again I choose the pay my bill option. then I got to talk to a human. I have been with this company for 25 years, through many name/owner changes. I have had more trouble with them since Republic has been the owners. I'm done! now looking for a new provider. my neighbors are ****** too

Good service. Disappointed that recycling isn’t offered in our area.

I've already had to call several times due to our containers being removed (more than once), extra containers being dropped off, and pickups not being made.

II just got an advertisement in the mail from Republic Services. They are offering new customers $13.50 a month with no additional fees, surcharges or tax. I checked there website and they are charging about $19.00 a month for garbage pick up and recycling.. when I started with this company, three years ago they charged us $30.00 a month for recycling and waste pick up. My latest bill was $166.27 for three months of service. They raised the bill every month. That is there thank you for being a loyal customer to them. I am cancelling my service asap. I have looked into other services and all other waste removal services offer substantially lower prices.

This is provided for free through our township. They give you a recycling container. They pick it up once a month. You put it all in the container. You don't have to separate it or remove any paper from the containers. They usually pick it up around 3-4 in the morning.

My prices slowly have risen over the years and I called to get other quotes and found a better price with a competitor so I called them and they gave me a better price.

They have a better price and they offer free recycling every two weeks. But what I don't like about Allied is that we have a 92-year-old neighbor next to us and they were gouging them. They were charging them $50 more than they were charging us although we had the same sized bin. They lowered the price as soon as we confronted them, but they were taking advantage of the elderly.

Allied Waste Services is a private service. They picked up our garbage Saturday morning. Every three months the charge goes up because we keep getting some fees, like gas fees. They keep increasing. I get pretty bummed about it, but I know it's well over $70 for three months. I called them once because one the the treads came off the cart on my container, one of the big ones. Instead of giving me a new cart or a better one they just took the tread off. That was not what I would say is good business practice.

Good overall service

We have used this trash removal company for 15 years and their recycling services for a few years now. The trash/recycle pickup is done consistently, on-time, and professionally. We pay about $25 a month total; which is a great value. They will pick up large items if arranged in advance and for a small fee. We are very happy with this service and have no plans to change.

Allied Waste came weekly, but I no longer use them. We've sold our house, so we're in an apartment right now. I no longer use their services but it's not because of their performance, it's strictly because of lack of a need.
