+ 0 moreGlenn and his team were extremely professional and informative. We will need a new water heater in the next year so we wanted to be proactive (and green) and thought we would install a tankless water heater. Glenn came out and spent an hour talking with us about the tankless water heater vs. conventional. We also asked Glenn (at a later time) to give us an estimate on moving a washer and dryer hook-up. In the end, we decided not to get a new water heater at this time because of the cost involved but will call Glenn to install a new water heater when the current one fails. As for the washer-dryer hook-up, we used a another plumber who is a new acquaintance of my husband.
Description of Work: Glenn gave us an estimate on replacing a conventional water heater with a tankless water heater. A month later, he gave us an estimate on relocating a washer and dryer.
