+ -1 moreThe cleaning took about 1-1/2 hours and they use several different stain removers that achieved great results.
Description of Work: Cleaning carpets in three bedroom, rec. room and stairway. Carpets were dry in 6 hours. Removed most of the stains, with very few remaining. Does not move heavy furniture but works on heavily stained traffic areas. Their method of carpet cleaning produced very good results.

+ -1 moreTwo friends recommended Fibercare for our carpet cleaning needs and we were more than satisfied. They were very good about communicating with us on their arrival time and very professional. They were extremely knowledgeable about carpets in general and the best way to address specific needs. They did not overstate our needs and, in fact, told us some areas only required the high traffic paths be cleaned. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

+ -1 moreFibercare did an amazing job and left everything looking like new. Isaac was a little late but made sure to call ahead and let us know. He was very professional and courteous. We plan to use Fibercare for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
Description of Work: 5 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 2 area rugs, 2 sets of stairs and 1 couch were cleaned.

I have allergies to chemicals, but he uses an organic solution to clean my carpets and does a better job than I have seen any other company do. He has great attention to detail and is very meticulous. A true perfectionist. He wears protective covers on his shoes so he doesn’t track in dirt. When he finishes the carpets look new.
Description of Work: Did carpet cleaning on my entire house including stairs, repaired my carpet, and re-stretched it.

+ -1 moreGreat. John and his crew are always accommodating to our needs. Since we are an office - he will let us make appointments after 5:00 so that we are interrupting the staff. The carpet always looks like new after he is done and if for some reason a stain doesn't come out he will notify me and explain the problem. He has been a vendor for our company for over 10 years. He also does full office carpet cleaning two times a year. I have recommended him to a number of friends and co-workers.
