 + -1 moreIt took 3-4 months to get it done. They installed the wrong sink. I was supposed to get a 6" depth sink but they put in a 8". There were etching marks all over the counter tops. So bad that all 4 pieces had to be replaced.
Description of Work: They installed new cabinets and counter top. They also installed a built in microwave and a new sink.

 + 1 moreThis job was a nightmare. They ordered the tub which came in wrong, the tile work was inferior the cost was excessive and the billing was totally screwed up. This Job could not have gone worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Six months to install a new tub for ten grand, really?

I can say that after meeting the first contractor who told us he does not mix the tile up he just takes it straight from the box and sometimes it doesn't look that good when he is done. we told our sales girl that we did not want him. She said she would get someone else but brought him out to do the job anyways. I spent over 8 hours laying out the tile and mixing in the colored pieces from the Tile Shop to make it look perfect but he did not install it that way. Nothing went right with this job. The second guy came late at night and was tired because he was coming from a different job which is why we ended up doing so much of the work ourselves. Even though the kitchen looks good now it was not worth what we had to go through.
Description of Work: We hired them to tile a backsplash in our kitchen and picked tile from their displays. The tile was ordered and when it came it did not match the board colors at all. There should have been a lot of variation and color but it was all the same off white color. We had to go to the Tile Shop and purchase tile to mix with it just to make it look right. Then the contractor they sent to lay the tile did such a bad job that part of it had to be ripped out and redone. It was actually on the wall crooked with a dark gray grout under the clear glass accent tiles. The next guy never even finished and we had to tear out part of the old tile, patch the wall and then buy our own sealer and seal it when he was done. It was a nightmare and took numerous calls and frustration before it was over. I think our job was just too small to be a priority for them. I have heard they do beautiful work but not for us.
