Quality Contractors USOM

In 2011, we purchased the crooked old house with the most gorgeous lot on the lake. We had the foundation of the house leveled by another company and waited for over a year to let the house settle before having this work done by USOM. Drywall was cracked throughout the house, the floors on the second story were bowed, "spongy" and uneven, doorways were out of square, etc. USOM reinforced and leveled the 2nd floor, fixed walls and doors throughout, installed new hardwood floors to match the old and installed a new 8 x 8 closet in our guest BR. It was unbelievably well done. Everything they touched looks and feels like new. There was excellent attention to detail. Each subcontractor used by USOM was a seasoned expert in his respective field with decades of experience, whether carpentry, dry wall or flooring. Each was professional, friendly and well-mannered. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I don't know about clean-up during the job because we were away when the work was done, but I couldn't believe how clean the place was at the end of the job given how much I know was done. We had one glitch with the placement of a closet doorway that eventually had to be moved, but I felt well-respected during discussions with the general contractor about it. I know the price wasn't the lowest bid I received, but I feel the cost was well worth it because the quality of the job was excellent. We're so happy with this company, they're now in the midst of remodeling our kitchen and bath!

They performed other home renovation services in the past. When we had an issue with previous work they replaced or repaired their previous work free of charge and grief! This is why we continue to use U.S.O.M. Fantastic! Great people to work with! Reasonable rates! Work guaranteed!

At that time Larry came in and provided knowledge, and pre-measure for cabinets....in the past they completely replaced all windows, and added vinyl siding to the house...I will always look towards them for all my needs and future needs.....

I would recommend them. He is one for the few contractors always calls you back no matter how busy. They do not charge as much as others. He is better then anyone else I have ever dealt with.

It was excellent! The company used local contractors, and it did all that it could to ensure our satisfaction with the job.

They started in September and just finished. Our experience was good. We had used them 14 years ago when we remodeled the home we were living in then. We were real happy with them especially because they only use local subcontractors so if there is ever anything wrong all we have to do is contact them locally. We could call one or two years after the project was finished and they would come out. We would absolutely use them again and we would recommend them.
