+ -1 moreIt went bad the PC had no audio on it the PC was slow, and it would freeze. The windows program was not formatted on it correctly., and existing files were there from the previous owner. I took the pc in to have audio repaired and I waited a month before i took it back. my son is a audio tech he looked for drivers and couldnt find it. They wanted to charge me 30.00 to install the drivers. And and said no and asked for my money back, and they refund 158.oo of it and i was out of the remaining. They got real upset and Dawn put her fingers in my face and assulted me verbally and and said they knew I would do this. And they are not Microsoft certified. And her an another gentlemen assulted me verbally.
Description of Work: I bought a refubished pc from them (dell).
