+ 0 moreVery reliable service, which we had used once before. Drivers are skilled at placing and retrieving the POD and the website provides clear instructions on packing and securing a load. Very nice personnel at all points of contact.
Description of Work: Rented a POD to clear space in our home prior to a final move to a new home.

+ -1 moreThings went fine until I called to have pod moved to new address. Charges were added I did not know about. Talked to many people and each one gave different info and prices. In the long run I found out you pay for delivery, you pay more for moving to new address, you pay again for them to pick up a empty pod. I did not know this. We rented a U-Haul and emptied the pod and moved our stuff ourselves. Still had to pay more to have them pick up empty pod. Was given a complaint number to call which I did, she just said she couldn't do anything and sorry. Would never use pods again.
Description of Work: Delivered Pod to home.
