 + -1 moreThey're pretty excellent. A few times in 5 years, they forgot to pick up, which necessitated a call from my wife...and they quickly took care of the problem. They are on time, they take care of business, and if you for some reason need to dispose of anything aside from the regular weekly pickup, you can take it to them directly.

 + -1 moreThey have never failed to pick up garbage or special collections regardless of weather. I have checked with other companies and Modern Waste still is the most reasonable.
Description of Work: I have used Modern Waste for many years for different purposes. They had the perfect service for pickup for our seasonal cottage and weekly service for our home. Every time I speak with the company I walk away a satisfied customer and am struck by their professionalism and courtesy. They now have a recycling service that I intend to use and they also have a dedicated trailer for Goodwill.

 + -1 moreI would recommend it to anybody I guess it's friendly guess. In terms of price they are competitive with everybody in the Jackson County so they are good and I think everybody is too high in that area but it's with everybody else comparatively. I would use them again in the future as I use them every week.
