 + -1 morei REQUESTED A QUOTE AND THEY WERE 3 DAYS LATE FOR THE PROMISED DATE GETTING THIS TO ME, AND THEN IT WAS JUST VERBAL OVER THE PHONE. i REQUESTED THE QUOTE BE EMAILED TO ME, AND THIS TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 3 DAYS. THE EMAILED QUOTE CONTAINED VERY LITTLE DETAIL - iT WAS OBVIOUSLY THROWN TOGETHER LAST MINUTE. THE QUOTE DID NOT INCLUDE COST FOR NEW GUTTERS, AND IT WAS NEARL;Y TWICE THE QUOTE PROVIDED BY THE COMPETITION, WITHOUT THE COST OF THE GUTTERS.

Description of Work: New roof and replacment of 2 skylights (owner supplied). It went very well. The crew was very punctual, polite, and cleaned up after each days work. Where areas of the roof needed repair or replacement Jason communicated the need and cost of each item, some done without charge. |I got 4 estimates on my roof and although Jason wasn't the least expensive I had confidence the job would be done correctly with the best materials and least hassle. He did not disappoint me!

 + -1 moreJason Wrozek told me that he would be at my house to do the work the next Wednesday or Thursday depending on his current jobs. I agreed. He left that day and never came back to do the work and he did not bother to call.
Description of Work: Jason Wrozek gave me an estimate for repair work for my siding Fascia and Soffit for on my house for approximately $400.00. I agreed.

 + -1 moreJason said they would be there to get started on Monday and it would take 2-3 days. He came when promised and completed the work in 4 days including the new decking. They cleaned up every night before leaving. I can not express how very much we appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy. I would definitely check with them first when looking to have other home repairs done.
Description of Work: Jason's crew tore off the old roof on our home and garage. He found the previous and original owners of the home had pieced together the decking on the roof of the house with 1" gaps and weakened support. Jason had decking delivered and installed with only 1 added day to the job. There were also a few spots where it would not have been long before we had many leaks inside the house. I am so very grateful for Jason and his crews expertise.

The crew leader and Mr Wrozek both answered any questions I had explaining and showing any changes that came up. Everyone was respectful and showed good work ethic. They took care at daily cleanup and at the end of the job. He made my stressful situation as painless as possible.
