Description of Work: Said they could repair LG washer. Soonest they could get out was a few days later. Made appointment. Day of appointment called and informed me they couldn't repair LG washers. Waste of time, messed up my schedule and I had to start from ground zero to try to find someone who could help. Being without a working washer is a major inconvenience in my house.

 + -1 moreI don't remember all of the details but he arrived on time, got right to work and fixed the problem temporarily offering suggestions for my older dryer.
Description of Work: This call from J&J required he find out what was making my dryer grind. He spent about an hour, got it working better and made recommendations. I have used J&J for several years and have found him to be very fair, punctual and honest.Due to his semi retirement he is not as available, only a couple of days a week I think, but will return calls promtly and schedule appts.

 + -1 moreIt went very well overall. the man was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he was doing, took out all the food from top shelf. put it all back in orderly manner. and finished the job without wasting time. All in all, i was very happy.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaving water on the top shelf when it was defrosting. The automatic defrost tube was partially frozen so water couldn't get down the evaporator tube. The repairman came out on time, fixed it and put a wire in tube so it would get heat when defrosting, and the tube would not freeze up. I was completely satisfied. and happy with his service and would recommend him highly.
