Irish Hills Fence

We paid for materials 9/16/17, crew showed up 10/2 with some materials and set some post, leaving the others laying on the ground. Promised to come back that week and complete but never showed up. Numerous calls and emails to Tim and he finally responded 10/17 saying that he did not have materials. Crew shows up 10/18 with more metal post, but still do not finish setting wood post, with promises again to complete by weekend. Never show up again and finally get a hold of Tim 10/27 to which he promises to bring materials himself the next day and complete asap. Tim never shows up with materials that we have paid for and has left our yard a mess for over 6 weeks now.

It didn't. Owner came out to look over the job for a quote. Gave me a verbal "range of cost" before leaving, and said he would get back with me shortly with a proposal. Despite numerous requests for a written quote to submit to my insurance carrier, I never heard back. Job was finally done by another contractor 3 1/2 months later.

We had appointment booked to meet for an estimate Tim never showed. Gave him another opportunity and set up another appointment, again never showed up for the meeting. He told us he is a very hands on owner and prefers to communicate via text, but wont respond when he misses the appointments.

Pros: I showed him a picture of a puppy picket fence that I liked and he was able to get his suppliers to make this fence for me. I love it. We have had it for about a year now and it looks great. He is a great communicator, returns calls promptly, and flexible. Cons: He bid the job and then asked for additional money because he measured incorrectly. The mistake was found after the job was in process and we had agreed on a price. It really was a minimal amount (less than $100) but I felt it was his mistake and he should have not asked for additional money. I had to pay the additional money for the product he misquoted. Overall: I would highly recommend him but would make sure his quote includes any mistakes on his behalf.

Tim Perry, the owner/operator of Irish Hills Fence was wonderful to deal with. He was very professional and extremely talented. From the first phone call he was a gentleman. He came out and measured, listened to my wife and I about what we wanted and boy did he deliver. He made recommendations, some things we hadn't even thought of. He is a true artist in his field. We couldn't be happier. I've built a few privacy fences in my day, but nothing as beautiful as Tim did. I highly recommend Tim Perry with Irish Hills Fence. you will not regret it!

Tim Perry and his crew are geniuses they are master craftsman. They cleaned up my whole yard when they were finished. Everything was done in a timely manner. Excellent communication. I absolutely love my new fence. Thank you Tim Perry and crew

Tim came out several times to meet the tree trimmers, to review things with me, to set posts, etc. there were some delays due to weather, but the fence was put in and looks good. Mid project I had changed the location of a gate and tim took care of it. I also decided after the fence was put it in that I needed another gate. He came out within 2days of my call and installed the new gate.

It was wonderful. The workers came & removed old fence in one day. Began working immediately & had the job completed in less than one week from start to finish.
